Epionce Face & Body Cream
You can buy Epionce products at Polished Med Spa in East Wenatchee (517 Grant Rd, East Wenatchee, WA 98802). They have free samples you can try before committing. I have dry, ultra sensitive skin and it’s the best lotion I’ve tried so far that actually makes my skin feel quenched and doesn’t make me breakout or sting. I’ve also been told it will take eczema away. I’ve also tried their $102 face cream, which is wonderful, but this works even better.
Modicum Face Wash
This cleanser is for sensitive skin and also removes makeup. It smells good and natural, doesn’t strip my skin, chemical-free, vegan, cruelty free, and a brand recommended by Alicia Silverstone. Comes in a glass bottle. I feel good when I use it. Sometimes it’s out of stock, so stock up when you can.
Hampton Sun Hat
I spend a lot of time under a sun hat and have tried A LOT of hats. This Eric Javits Hampton is my favorite. It doesn’t have any speckled sun coming through the weave and has a broad brim. Its crown is on the larger size, so it will fit all head sizes. I bought mine at Nordstrom - they have free shipping both directions.
Pureology Hydrating Conditioner
This is my favorite conditioner. I have fine, straight, colored treated hair and this deeply moisturizes without weighing down. It also makes my hair easy to style. Vegan and cruelty free. You can pick up a bottle right now at Ulta Beauty (1370 N Miller St, Wenatchee, WA 98801).
Forever New Laundry Soap
Nordstrom used to sell this product for years and how I first learned of it. It keeps your clothes looking and feeling new for longer. Smells fresh and quality. It comes in powder or liquid. Because I have a front loader, I do a pre-soak with the powder (which seems to work slightly better than the liquid) and then wash with the liquid. It makes you feel clean and good, hypoallergenic, and animal & environmentally friendly.
Tony’s Coffee
Tony’s Coffee is roasted in Bellingham, WA. Cafe Carmelita is a medium roast and has a very smooth, buttery, caramel quality to it. You can get it in pods/beans on their website and beans in the grocery store (I’ve seen it at Albertsons in Wenatchee). I feel so much better about drinking organic coffee since it’s a daily thing. If you do a Turkish/Espresso grind, you use less coffee and extends the life of the bag. Wild Huckleberry in Wenatchee serves Tony’s coffee and sells it in their boutique (though not this particular roast)!
Dr. Bronner’s Chapstick
I’ve tried countless chapsticks and this is the one that I keep coming back to. I like that I don’t have to worry about any added chemicals. It feels good and it is the right texture on the lips. Available at Wenatchee Natural Foods (222 N Wenatchee Ave, Wenatchee).
